Key workers - All children are allocated their own key worker. 

Open door policy. - Parents/carers are welcome into nursery at anytime. 

Home to nursery books -All 0-2 children receive daily communication in form of a home to nursery book. 

Newsletters parents - Receive termly newsletters outlining events and important dates.

Parents evening - The nursery holds parents evening twice a year.

Emails / photos - regular updates from key worker to parent.

Progress reports - Feedback given monthly.

Child's development - suggestions on how you can help your child progress at home. 

Early help assessment - Referrals made to local support team and partners i.e. - Speech and language, physio and health visitors. 
Health and safety - Regular updates and posters. 
Policies and procedures available to everyone.
